Job Description Job Description Salary: $16.50 -$32.00 Are you an experienced technician who takes pride in precision and quality work? Merced Automotive is looking for a skilled Used Car Technician to join our Service Team! In this role, youll inspect, diagnose, and repair pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards for safety and performance before reaching our lot. If youre passionate about cars and committed to doing the job right, we want you on our team! What Youll Do: Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on used vehicles. Identify and complete necessary reconditioning work to meet dealership standards. Conduct quality control checks and road tests. Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high quality. Communicate effectively with the Service Team and Management. What Were Looking For: 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician (used car or reconditioning experience preferred). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. ASE certification a plus (but not required).
