Job Description:
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service professional here in the southern most tip of East Bay. The client is located right off of highway 880. In this role you will be responsible for taking and responding to up to 50 calls a day from customers/prospective customers requesting product information, pricing, and/or order placement. The ability to pick up on new systems, work well in a team oriented environment, and strong communication skills will be keys to success for this Customer Service role.
