Job Descriptionhe Full-Time Sales Utility Representative position is a full-time position that is responsible for selling and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of quality products to existing and new accounts while driving a Frito-Lay truck. Additional responsibilities include building and relocating store fixtures and completing product line item schematic changes within existing customer accounts. Also includes equipment inventory and organizing with in warehouse as well as safely and efficiently place product within the recommended pattern following defined account standards in all selling locations. Clean and straighten shelves/racks. Assemble and/or teardown promotional and other displays. Communicating with store personnel and working closely with Frito-Lay Sales Representatives in a team environment. The weekly work hours are generally 40+ hours per week. Job may include weekend and holiday work schedules. The position offers competitive hourly pay and reimbursable mileage policy.Candidates must be able to: Work safely and comply with all identified Frito Lay and store procedures, work rules and policies. Pre Requisites include: Must be 18 years of age, and able to lift 15-40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with Frito Lay job Physical Demands Analysis. High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
