We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Outside Concierge sales team. S-Concierge is an entertainment and utility provider that manages relationships with apartment communities and works as an exclusive concierge for new and existing residents to establish services.S-Concierge is a rapidly growing sales company looking to add to our strong and diverse team of people who are determined to leave a legacy. Our company is a tight-knit team where every passionate employee is able to play a role in the company's growth.The goal of the Outside Sales Representative, or Community Concierge Manager (CCM) as we like to call it, is to manage and expand the property footprint within a designated territory. You'll accomplish this by building relationships with local leasing agents and property managers while selling the benefits of our services for their tenants.Responsibilities Will Include* Educate apartment staff on our Apartment Virtual Assistant program.* Visit properties within your assigned territory and form strong relationships.* Schedule and host sales events and coordinate with other sales channels to drive growth.* Working autonomously with little day-to-day supervision.* Meet and exceed specific lead and sales targets.RequirementsRequired Qualifications * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license* Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills* Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits* Medical* Dental* Vision* 401K* Paid national holidays* 15 days PTOCompensation * $30k Yearly Base + Uncapped Commission* Average CCMs make $50k - $75k yearlyPlease visit our website at www.slingshotlife.com for more information.
