Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business requirements, modify software, and improve performance. (10%)
• Develop test plans for software performance testing before each release. (5%)
• Create test strategies, execution schedules, estimations, and conduct end-to-end testing. (5%)
• Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and gather information on project limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces. (10%)
• Create, develop, and execute test cases to ensure software quality. (15%)
• Conduct walkthroughs of test cases and test plans with team members. (10%)
• Record, track, and manage defects identified during testing. (10%)
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess feasibility within time and cost constraints. (5%)
• Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve IT issues. (5%)
• Consolidate and report daily QA status updates to project stakeholders. (10%)
• Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis. (5%)
• Modify software programs to enhance performance and response times. (5%)
• Train users on software interfaces and usage. (5%)The position requires at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related fields, along with relevant work experience.
