the RoleThis role will service a technical research client located
in Mountain View, CA, working onsite full-time.The Sr. Client
Services Consultant is an onsite leadership role and acts as the
primary escalation point for the client and junior staff in the
absence of the Program Manager. Responsibilities may be limited to
one product line or span multiple, depending on team size. This
position cannot be performed from Colorado.What You Will Do
- Maintain and update SOPs for daily procedures, ensuring team
adherence
- Handle escalations and resolve employee relations issues
promptly and lawfully
- Depending on team size, oversee one or multiple product
lines
- Lead business development activities, introducing new Magnit
services to client managers and identifying growth
opportunities
- Ensure compliance with screening and pre-employment checks,
maintaining accurate records
- Manage engagement of client-sourced talent, ensuring proper
payroll processing
- Manage relationships with staffing desk suppliers and identify
new suppliers as needed
- Assist with staff development, orientation, and training
- Utilize Magnit's proprietary software, WAND, for processes
- Support training on co-employment topics as needed
- Prepare and present Quality Business Reviews and internal
reports
- Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results
- Handle employee relations issues and escalate serious concerns
appropriately
- Manage temporary requisitions and relationships with staffing
suppliers
- Meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and
communicate with suppliersWhat You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in sales, staffing, HR/recruiting, or customer service
(preferred)
- Strong communication skills across organizational levels
- Service-oriented with excellent administrative and
organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving
abilitiesCompensation: $90,000-$100,000 annually, based on
