Job Description:

Seeking experienced and motivated professional responsible for, but not limited to:+ Sales and Operations Execution metric and actuals reporting and corrective action management (on-time starts, on-time finishes, production order releases, production order TECO)+ MPS Attainment metric development and deployment including monthly root cause corrective action monitoring.+ Development and deployment of digital manufacturing whiteboard tool.+ Development of stale WIP metric and weekly/monthly root cause corrective action monitoring.+ SBU SAP error metric development, monitoring and corrective action management.+ Expected interfacing with SBU and BU leadership for regular reporting and metric status.+ + Leads Post Production acceleration process+ Responsible to lead improvements impact production rate and process, materials inventory, materials used, or customer information+ Tracks status of material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.+ Prepares reports on work in progress.+ Coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials are timed to meet production requirements.+ Coordinates interdepartmental activity with Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, IE Technicians, Inventory Control, Packaging, Shipping, and other shared services groups.+ Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders and stock transfers.+ Coordinates work cell detailed production scheduling activity in support of the Site Master Production Schedule.
