Job Description:

A company is looking for a HC & Insurance Operations Senior Rep.
Key Responsibilities

Determine claim processing protocols and apply the correct policies to the claim
Interact with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and accurately process claims
Properly adjudicate claims based on knowledge of covered benefits, insurance, and provider contracts

Required Qualifications

1 year of office experience working from home
1 year of experience with Medicare claims processing
1 year of multi-program computer experience
Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST during training
Flexible schedule availability after training with core hours Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST
