Researcher/RecruiterDENEHY Club Thinking Partners, a boutique hospitality executive search and management consulting firm in Fairfield, CT, is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and enthusiastic Researcher / Project Assistant. This full-time or part-time role will mainly consist of Researcher duties with some project assistance.Basic Function:
The Researcher/Project Assistant will be to support Recruiters by researching and sourcing candidates for our private club placements. This includes online market and industry research, as well as synthesizing data and analysis for the team. The Researcher/Project Assistant will also provide support to office operations as necessary.The ideal candidate will be professional, focused, disciplined and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be used to significant work product output and able to work proactively and independently on tasks and assigned projects. An appreciation and understanding of high-end hotels, resorts and/or clubs would be ideal.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Partner with the recruiters to have a clear view and understanding of clients' needs and preferences to effectively research and develop recruiting leads.
--- Research clients, candidates and properties/assets and develop recruiting leads based on clients' needs and preferences; effectively research and develop those leads.
--- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
--- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
--- Create comprehensive target lists to support the consultants' in candidate development.
--- Conduct data analysis and prepare high-quality and error-free written work product, including reports, presentations and Excel worksheets.
--- Small project management and assisting consultants with project based work.
--- Check references.Education & Skill Requirements:
--- A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality.
--- Experience with any ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) and/or CRM is ideal.
--- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.To Apply:
