development.SALARY: 23.83 per hour(70% of Brewer pay rate)
- $23.83per hour Pay increases 75% of Brewer pay rate after 6
months; 85% of Brewer pay rate after 1 year; 100% of Brewer pay
rate after 2 years
- 0-6 Months - $23.83
- 7-12 Months - $25.53
- 13-24 Months - $28.93
- Overtime rate/Expectations: 1.5 OT on Saturday & 2.0 OT on
Sunday/holidaysSHIFT: Must be available to work all shifts on any
day of the week, including weekends and holidays, for 5-7 days per
week. Shifts are as follows:Days 7AM to 3PM (for training
only)Afternoons 3PM to 11PMMidnights 11PM to 7AMSome shifts may be
up to 12 hours per day40 hours of work per week are not
guaranteedevery week.However, there may be opportunity tobe
scheduled up to 7 days per week, depending on business

the Challenge?ROLE SUMMARY:A Full Time Brewing Apprentice will play
a critical role in brewing an extensive portfolio of the highest
quality beers. Full Time Brewing Apprentices will receive extensive
training to allow them to learn the Brewing process. Our facility
is aUnionized workforce.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to and maintain all Brewery Safety policies and
requirements.
- Adhere to and maintain all Brewery Quality policies and
requirements.
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and
sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Be able to perform industrial cleaning, sanitation and quality
checks.
- Be able to perform process troubleshooting, root cause
analysis, and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Job dutieswill include managing and controlling brewing
systems, recording and analyzing process data, driving fork
trucks.
- Make yourself available to work 2 out of 3 shifts at least 6
days per month OR work a minimum of 48 hours per month.NOTE: To be

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Preferred 2 year degree or manufacturing experience
- Must be willing to work on all shifts, and work during some
weekends/holidays.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50pounds and work in varying
temperatures and climates. Must be able to view and interact with
computer monitors.
- Physical requirements of the position include continuous
standing, bending, lifting and pushing.
- Basic mathematic and scientific knowledge,technical skills,
decision-making skills and presentation skills required.WHY
