Under general direction: Serves as the departmental interface between the user and the functional area's systems. Assists users with problems regarding their particular system, including problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution. May provide the user with training on system, take repair orders and respond to requests for additions/changes in user's system

Serves as the department interface between the end user and the functional area's systems. Serves as a liaison between related vendors and the bank. Provides end users with training on systems as required. Assists users with ordering equipment. Assists users with problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution. Handles repairs, additions and change requests. Performs additional job-related duties as required. Requires prior general office experience to include assignments in the related help desk area where incumbent has acquired typing skills (50-55 wpm), PC proficiency and office machine competency. Associates degree in related area helpful. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
