Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring for Machine Operators in Fairfield CA. Pay rate is up to $19.80 an hour! Apply today! Machine Operator employees are responsible for the operation of production line machines and vision systems using written work instructions and computer interface. Requires a general understanding of overall manufacturing process and the ability to understand and follow basic good manufacturing practices. Qualified candidates are responsible for starting and maintaining Machine Operation with a complete and overall understanding in the assigned area of responsibility. Performs repetitive production and packing operations to mass process products such as plastic bottles. Monitors flow of product into processing machinery. Tends machines, such as palletizers, case packers, and box machine to maintain product flow. Works at different work stations as production needs require.These are temporary to permanent positions working a 12-hour night shift to include 4 hours of overtime pay per shift. Shifts start 6:30pm - 7:00pm and end 7:00am - 7:30am, and workdays will vary each week. Workers may be asked to train on day shift before transferring to night shift. Night shift workers earn $16 per hour + $1 shift differential, which is equivalent to $19.80 per hour including overtime.Malone is an equal opportunity employer.
