Job Description Chuck Latham Associates, the leading pet sales and branding agency is building a team of passionate and energetic merchandisers. We are hiring for the position of--Assisted Sales Representative (ASR)--to promote various leading pet product lines. This is a professional part-time merchandising position offering flexibility and work-life balance. Primary Responsibilities : Building and maintaining relationships by serving as a liaison between clients, store associates, and management in stores Promoting sales and brand awareness through product knowledge and continuous education Performing merchandising tasks, including but not limited to resets, cut-ins, following planograms, building incremental displays, and correcting shelf availability Traveling to stores once per month on average, workload dependent on territory alignment Participating in monthly communication calls Demoing opportunities available on a sessional basis Required Qualifications: Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance Access to a smart device for online training, scheduling, reporting, and photo-taking in stores Strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to follow written and online directives Capacity to work independently to meet required deadlines Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift as much as 50 pounds, on occasion Professional demeanor with no visible tattoos or facial piercings Retail merchandising, reset, and planogram experience preferred Chuck Latham Associates is the largest sales and marketing company focused exclusively on the pet industry.
