Much more! Job Details Job Details: We are on the lookout for a
dynamic and innovative Permanent Product Designer to join our
fast-paced SaaS Technology company. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for creating intuitive, user-centric designs and a knack
for solving complex problems. You will be responsible for creating
and implementing design strategies that enhance our product's user
experience. This role will require a deep understanding of user
behavior, as well as the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and
prototypes that lead to an effective user experience. Must have B2B
SaaS product experience. B2C not considered at this time.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with product management and
engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for
the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual
design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and
user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create wireframes,
storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively
communicate interaction and design ideas. Present and defend
designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level
stakeholders. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to
enhance and polish the user experience. Establish and promote
design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Utilize HTML,
CSS, Javascript, and other relevant web design coding languages to
bring designs to life. Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of
professional experience in product design for B2B SaaS products.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL a plus, not required
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process
flows, and site maps. A strong portfolio demonstrating your prowess
in product design. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity
to user-system interaction. Ability to present your designs and
sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve
problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI
trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience working in an
Agile/Scrum development process. Strong understanding of front-end
development and the ability to work closely with development teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field, or
