Job Description:
Account Manager – USA HQ, Fremont, CA, US The Account Manager
will manage Lanner's key ODM customer relationships in the telecom
and data networking markets. This position will focus on developing
and maintaining strong business relationships with customers,
identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer
satisfaction while meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate
will have strong experience in the telecommunications and
networking industry, with a deep understanding of ODM/OEM hardware
business models. Duties/Responsibilities: Operate as the lead point
of contact for assigned ODM accounts in the telecom and data
networking sectors, managing all aspects of customer relationships.
Utilize relationship development, sales skills, product knowledge,
and inventory management knowledge on a day-to-day basis. Build and
maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers,
providing prompt customer service and ensuring high customer
satisfaction. Manage all customer communication, including conflict
resolution, pricing negotiation to maximize Lanner's profit,
contract review and negotiation, orders, and RMA returns. Create
and deliver effective presentations (company profile, product
roadmap, value proposition) demonstrating Lanner's expertise in our
focus areas. Identify new business opportunities within existing
accounts, working across business units to identify new program
opportunities. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all
customer interactions, activities, and opportunities in Lanner's
CRM. Analyze market trends and collaborate with Product Management,
Business Development, and Marketing teams to develop tailored
solutions and sales strategies for telecom and networking
customers. Work closely with project management and quality teams
to identify and meet customer requirements and quality standards.
Resolve order and inventory challenges by investigating data and
history, identifying alternative solutions for fulfilling orders.
Required Skills/Abilities: Exceptional communication,
interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Strong
consultative selling abilities, especially in ODM/OEM hardware
environments. Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to think
creatively, work independently, and accomplish goals. Capability to
develop and execute account plans that consistently deliver on
quarterly revenue targets. Excellent presentation and negotiation
skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to understand technical products and communicate their
value to various stakeholders. Education and Experience: Bachelor's
degree required, STEM degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of ODM/OEM
experience in network computing, telecommunications, or similar
fields. Demonstrated knowledge of the telecommunications and data
networking industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets in a B2B environment. Experience with Zoho CRM or
similar customer relationship management systems. Physical
Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on
a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Must be
able to travel short and long distances for customer visits
Compensation: S03/S04 - $80K-104K plus KPI bonus – depending on
