We are a fast-growing SaaS leader, supporting many of the world's top brands and platforms.The Product Engineering team: Owns and supports deployment of global products and provides operational support. We are seeking a Co-op Production Engineer passionate about best practices in deployment and SRE, leveraging software engineering skills to improve systems.You will:

• Support and own the deployment of global products, including setting up production and internal environments.
• Provide 24/7 engineering support for issues related to product deployment and operations.
• Drive resolution of core product issues with engineering teams.
• Set up and maintain infrastructure and product reliability monitoring and alerting.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD tooling and Terraform scripts in collaboration with DevOps.
• Maintain operational documentation for supported products.
• Support security and compliance governance in production environments.
• Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams across multiple regions.Required Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience with CI pipelines in Jenkins or CircleCI.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
  • Experience deploying and monitoring scalable products.
  • Proficiency in Python or Go.
  • Knowledge of SRE practices and observability principles is a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose, debug, and automate tasks.
  • Experience securing systems in cloud environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
