    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
      
    • 5 years of experience in program management.
      
    • 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
    • 5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in a matrixed environment.Preferred qualifications:
      • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
      • Experience managing vendor relationships.
      • Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.         • Lead project planning and execution to enable capacity delivery through Third-Party Developers from acquisition evaluation through to turnover to Operations.
        • Identify and lead the development and documentation of processes, standards, and procedures that drive programmatic improvements.
        • Engage with partners and leadership to understand requirements and refine program deliverables based on business needs.
        • Lead project intake, due diligence, and technical contract exhibit development to support the business approval and acquisition of data center capacity.
        • Manage delivery validation process across a portfolio to ensure that construction quality standards are met and that critical closeout, commissioning, and operational documentation is collated in a timely manner.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
