- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical
experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission
critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators,
chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security
monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
- 5 years of experience managing process improvement or
construction programs in a matrixed environment.Preferred
qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team
projects.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical
systems.
- Excellent requirement gathering, resource organization, task
prioritization, scheduling, and goal attainment skills.About the

expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start

comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to
executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product

possible.The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges
are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring

.Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution to enable capacity delivery
through Third-Party Developers from acquisition evaluation through
to turnover to Operations.
- Identify and lead the development and documentation of
processes, standards, and procedures that drive programmatic
improvements.
- Engage with partners and leadership to understand requirements
and refine program deliverables based on business needs.
- Lead project intake, due diligence, and technical contract
exhibit development to support the business approval and
acquisition of data center capacity.
- Manage delivery validation process across a portfolio to ensure
that construction quality standards are met and that critical
closeout, commissioning, and operational documentation is collated
