Start your journey with us Headquarters - Claims Operations is currently seeking a technical analyst to provide customer service to internal CIC customers, as well as agencies, who contact claims technology requesting assistance with questions or issues related to CIC's claim system. For assistance requests that cannot be resolved immediately, this role will participate in identifying, researching, and coordinating a comprehensive resolution plan across multiple CIC departments/vendors that will require testing and communication of progress. Be Ready To:

  • provide real-time customer service regarding claim system issues via phone and e-mail
  • log production support details -to identify overall trends and volume
  • leverage IT resources -to identify issues requiring additional research and submit user acceptance testing documentation
  • owns the communication of updates and resolution of unresolved issues to impacted user
  • routinely update shared documentation resources with resolution outcomes
  • maintain documentation on applications, services, and business processes within claims system
  • capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements
  • verify delivered functionality meets the requirements of the business unit
  • perform post go-live tasks including validation of system release changes once live
  • coordinate end user testing of changes, including preparation of test data and content to be tested Be Equipped With:

    • proficient with Microsoft - Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Windows OS
