Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the right-hand person to the Head of HR, playing a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration. This role will oversee key areas of the department, including building business partnerships with front-line managers to support team performance and development. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a deep understanding of how to align the Fieldwire people strategy with business goals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to influence and drive positive change across the growing Fieldwire organization.What you'll be doingA day in the life of a Sr. HRBP will find you doing both strategic partnership work and coordinate HR function topics, frequently solving these types of problems:
- Performance Management and Career Development, working with our management teams to help them coach and develop their team members to strong performance and reaching their development potential.
- Tracking and coordinating HR compliance and internal audits, partnering with the Fieldwire IT and other HR team members to complete on time and with high quality.
- Engagement pulse checks, coordinating team member touchpoints
and surveys to review team member feedback and provide insights
along with recommendations to the executive team.The primary
responsibilities for our next Sr. HRBP will be to:
- Build trust-based relationships with front-line managers across Fieldwire's Go to Market (GTM), Marketing, and Research & Development (R&D) departments and act as a trusted advisor.
- Actively listen, coach, and challenge managers to consistently review engagement and development opportunities within their teams.
- Lead performance management discussions, including investigations where necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws while promoting a positive work environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and launch company pulse survey initiatives, subsequently evaluating the data and feedback to develop action plans for the organization and specific departments.
- Support initiatives to build an inclusive culture which
celebrates diversity of thought and experience.At Fieldwire, we're
looking for our next Sr. HRBP to have the following skills and
experiences:
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR Business Partner capacity and responsibilities.
- Knowledgeable of California employment laws.
- Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and anticipate future workforce needs.
- Demonstrated learning agility to build strong understanding of Fieldwire's business model, financials, and operational challenges to provide informed guidance to the team.
- Exceptional ability to build trust and influence leaders and employees across the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate difficult conversations and speaking to both small and large audiences.
- Skilled in analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and recommending pragmatic solutions to people-related challenges.
- Comfortable working with HR metrics and data to assess trends, measure effectiveness, and guide decisions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with

- Experience working with the Workday platform.
- HR Business partnership experience in a startup environment
and/or Saas organization.CompensationThe estimated pay ranges for
this role are as follows: $125,000 - $145,000. The salary range
represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in
the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The
actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors
such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to
the salary you may be eligible for the annual corporate bonus which
