responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating

Responsibilities:
Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all
questions have been answered
Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and
customer complaints
Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and
product knowledge
Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account
information as necessary
Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring
them higher up, if necessary
--- Make sure each customer is addressed with care and precision to
achieve full customer satisfaction when booking calls
--- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and
service questions, general information, and complaints
--- Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the
customer database
--- Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall
efficiency of the operation
--- Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through
clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or
problems expediently
--- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication
skills
Previous work in a customer-facing position
Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or
equivalent
--- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or
equivalent
--- Must possess communication skills and active listening
skills
--- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
--- Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus
About Company:
President and CEO John Neuman started his heating and air
conditioning career after graduating from Utica High School in
Michigan. Shortly after graduating, he met his wife of 23 years and
moved to sunny California. He was hired on with a local
Solano-based heating and air conditioning company and worked his
way up to general manager. After 12 years of dedicated service, he
found the company unwilling to adapt or change and had lost the
values of customer service. At that time, John devoted himself to
building more than just a heating and air conditioning company.
