Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with restorative programs, mobility training, transfers, and fall prevention preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
