Physical Therapist Location: Petaluma, CA Agency: Towne U.S. LLC Pay: $1,725 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence while ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical standards. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and recovery strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes Ensure a safe and organized therapy environment Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current PTA license in the state of assignment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow treatment plans and work under PT supervision Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred Commitment to delivering patient-centered care Requirements Required for Onboarding PT/PTA
