passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at One Health
Home Health in Contra Costa Area. This is a full-time or part-time
position in Alameda/Contra Costa, and we are looking for someone
dedicated to providing top-notch care to our patients.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations and develop
individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy
treatments and interventions Document patient progress and
communicate with healthcare team Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and techniques Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Requirements:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Passion for providing
