Physical Therapist Location: Lakeport, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,806 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current Physical Therapy License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association with a B.S., B.A., M.A., M.S., or D.P.T. degree. Description: The candidate will perform physical therapy in an outpatient setting primarily. Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Serves as a resource and provides structured educational opportunities within the facility in areas of specialization. Experience in a specific charting system is preferred. Candidates must be available for lab work and have all necessary certifications in hand during submission. References obtained within the last year are required.
