Job Description Manager, Respiratory Therapy Redwood City, CA Salary: USD $180,000/yr – $190,000/ yr Job Summary: In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for managing teams in the provision of respiratory care services; identifying external developments in respiratory equipment and providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of the patient; developing, implementing, and monitoring respiratory care goals and objectives and pulmonary standards; and overseeing respiratory care services across multiple sites and/or a single site. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy, Health Care Administration, or a related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in health care, customer service, business or a directly related field, with two (2) of those years being in respiratory therapy Minimum seven (7) years of experience in respiratory therapy or a directly related field. Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required at hire Basic Life Support required at hire Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate required at hire
