Day Shift, 40 hours per week, coverage area is Lake County, CA; mileage (government rate) is in addition as travel is needed to see patients. THIS IS FOR HOME HEALTH NOT HOSPITAL. Home Health experience is A MUST/REQUIRED. MUST have HCHB software experience is required.
