Physician - A Role Designed for You We believe in bringing better

hiring for a nocturnist physician. A Nocturnist role requires
working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be
comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to
deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team
Collaboration: Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of
24 physicians with the support of a clinical performance nurse at
St. Joseph's Medical Center. Our team comprises clinicians from
diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who rely
on and learn from one another in their approach to patient care. We
gather frequently for lunch and monthly for team meetings. We
proudly sponsor H-1B and J1 visa candidates, and Sound has
excellent in-house visa specialists as well as licensing and
credentialing experts. All required filing fees are paid, and
services are covered by Sound. Qualifications: Medical Degree (MD
or DO) from an accredited institution. This position requires IM
board certification or eligibility, with the expectation of
obtaining certification. Active medical license or eligible to
become licensed in California. We welcome interest from physicians
coming out of training or physicians with experience desiring a
career change. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling:
Full-time Nocturnist opening. Key Responsibilities: We work in an
open ICU setting with 24/7 intensivist coverage. Our team is not
required to do procedures. We encourage our team to participate in
hospital committees and the community. For those who like to teach,
we work with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residents.

Compensation: The expected annual compensation for this role is $
320,000-$330,000. Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
