Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Preoperative - Discipline:RN - Start Date:07/28/2025 - Duration:13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:10 hours, days - Employment Type:Travel Aya Seeking an experiencedPreOp RNfor Day Shifts (4x10s). This nurse will support pre-procedure and phase II recovery for same-day cases, including Interventional Radiology, GI, and Surgery patients. Responsibilities include moderate sedation monitoring, admission and discharge processes, and post-op recovery care. Key responsibilities: - Phase II recovery and discharge - Moderate sedation monitoring - IV insertion, EKGs, and pre-op assessments - Documentation in EPIC EMR - May assist with GI instrument handling (preferred) Patient population includes adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatric patients. Unit census averages 20 patients/day.
