Job Description & RequirementsMedical Surgical Nurse (MS RN)StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 5/2/2025 7:00:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $54.00 - $54.00MS RN's care for adult patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and diseases or are recovering from surgery. Med Surg unit of a facility is where ill patients go to recover before being discharged. They handle large patient loads, juggle multiple patient populations, and adapt to the ever-changing face of nursing care. Although most MS RN's work in the Med Surg unit of hospitals, they can work in a variety of settings includes camps, clinics, schools, and ambulatory care centers.Education/Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): 4-Year EducationAssociates Degree in Nursing (ADN): 2-Year EducationYou must earn an ADN or BSN degree and pass the NCLEX to apply for a license as a RN.RNs can only work with an active state license.ACLS occasionally required*Per Diem Shifts Available Recent Experience Required.Facility LocationRanked as the fifth most popular place to live in America, its no wonder that traveling health care professionals enjoy packing their bags for San Jose.
