Overview:Want to help improve the lives of at-risk youth in your community? At Seneca, we do every day.As a Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy, as well as case management services almost exclusively in the community: in families' homes, schools, and other community locations. Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and trainings on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in order to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.Responsibilities:Develop Child and Family teams made up of natural supports for the purpose of treatment planning and sustainable support.Facilitate Child and Family team meetings.Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate.Identify engagement needs for each youth and family as needed and work with Wraparound team members to build connections for family.Intervene with the clients' behavior management programs as needed.Chart mental health notes, assessments, treatment plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Provide individual or family therapy when indicated.Respond to crisis situations and be part of a rotating emergency pager system.Qualifications:Required:Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social workMust be eligible to register with the BBS as an ACSW, ACPP, AMFT, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCCOwn vehicle, California driver's license and auto insuranceTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirementsMust show proof of COVID-19 vaccination and boosterPreferred:Bilingual skillsExperience working with children in out-of-homeSchedule:Full-time; Mon Fri9AM 5PMOR 10AM 6PMFlexible schedule required with ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.Benefits:Starting at $67,000 $81,000 annually.
