Job Description:
VibrantCare Onsite Therapy is a unique orthopedic outpatient
opportunity where real time work can be incorporated into the
therapist treatment plan. This allows clinicians the opportunity to
better understand work demands and ensure patients return to work
safely. We seek physical therapists that are eager to integrate
their orthopedic outpatient skills with functional real time work
and observation of that real time work into treatment plans.
Experience or interest in the onsite model is encouraged. Positions
require graduation from an accredited physical therapy school and
an active physical therapy license. Worksite evaluation experience
and/or job task/work method evaluation continuing education is
beneficial. A good candidate is a therapist who is positive, a
self-starter, enjoys working with a wide age-range of patient and
is willing to learn the dynamics of work related injuries.Position:
