us! Job Description: This job is responsible for managing a
financial center and it's employees on a day-today basis. Key
responsibilities include operating as a business owner and
fostering a team environment, instilling an effective
client-centric and risk culture in the center, and helping clients
achieve the financial goals. Job expectations include ensuring
operational excellence and cohesive effectiveness. This position is
open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center
location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a
position, you will train at one financial center, and then
potentially move to another location that is within a reasonable
commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by
applicable law. Responsibilities: Develops talent, including
proactive sourcing of candidates Manages client traffic, engaging
and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention
Manages business results through formalized management routines and
coaching Creates a world class client experience environment
Manages market-level initiative prescribed by market leaders Drives
operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy
Manages organizational priorities and effective execution

$73,500.00 - $106,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined
based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary
incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the
annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual

results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their
line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the
