Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project
management. Experience in building and qualifying New Product
Introduction (NPI) process stages with engineering teams.
Experience working in hardware or contract manufacturing for supply
chain operations. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in
Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations or
other relevant fields. 2 years of experience managing
cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience working with
hardware programs (e.g., PCBA) or networking products (e.g., NICs,
switches, optics, racks). Experience working on technical products.

up to date on progress and deadlines. As a New Product Introduction
(NPI) Operations Program Manager, you will be the primary
Operations/Supply Chain interface to the development and deployment
teams with the responsibility for driving operations new product
development as well as supporting those products through production
ramp. You are well versed in the Contract Manufacturer
(CM)/Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) manufacturing environments
and will lead a team of professionals to ensure products are

salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus
equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level,
and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by
work location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

more about benefits at Google . Responsibilities Lead large,
complex, cross-functional Program teams within Google and with
external partners to prepare for production ramp or product
transitions. Plan and execute operations development activities and
ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity
parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting
program goals. Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as
external partners (i.e., material availability,
cost/assembly/test/Bill of Material (BOM)/capacity readiness and
transition plans). Guide cross-functional teams to optimize the
supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for
risks, changes in schedule or demand.
