Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee the
contracting lifecycle and ensure compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the contracting lifecycle for purchasing within technical
operations and clinical groups
Identify performance indicators for vendors and assess spend and
risk drivers
Coordinate contract approval processes and recommend process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or related
field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contract management role or
equivalent education and experience
Experience in developing contract requests and negotiating
terms
Ability to analyze complex problems and implement solutions
Strategic mindset with change management skills
