(CUSA) is responsible for managing, implementing, and administering programs and systems related to payroll, employment, benefits, compensation, communications, and employee morale. The role involves developing policies and procedures, managing payroll processing, providing customer service, and handling reporting and database maintenance.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management (40%): Manage semi-monthly payroll for CUSA and CPI, maintain payroll databases, ensure record accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, communicate eligibility, manage COBRA and conversions, reconcile invoices, and evaluate service providers.
• Compensation (10%): Evaluate salary adjustments, participate in review programs, utilize surveys for compensation levels, and handle employee questions.
• Workforce Planning & Budgeting (25%): Update forecasts, prepare reports, and collaborate with department heads on payroll and headcount projections.
• HR Operations: Support company events, develop recognition programs, and communicate HR initiatives.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient in payroll systems (Paylocity preferred), Excel, Word
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, Pillar/Essbase
• Excellent communication skillsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (3-6 years). PHR or SPHR certification is a plus. Must possess strong customer service and confidentiality skills, and be proactive and self-motivated.Physical Demands & Working Environment:Occasional exertion of up to 25 pounds; repetitive keyboard work (-50%). Office environment with moderate noise levels.Additional Information:This job description is not exhaustive and duties may vary. Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000, based on market trends and experience.
