*Senior Systems Engineering Manager - Propulsion (Onsite)*
This position is a manager for the Systems Engineering team in
Mission Systems Ejection & Propulsion department. This manager will
lead the systems definition for the Propulsion platforms. They will
have accountability over a staff of Systems Engineers and their
deliverables to their supported programs. This manager will also
support department activities to improve efficiency, ensure
predictable execution, and keep talent staff engaged.
This role is eligible for relocation.
The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may
