This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and risk management across multiple states. As a key member of the executive team, the Director will play a critical role in shaping financial strategies to support our business growth. This position provides a unique opportunity for professional development and growth, with the potential for advancement to a Chief Financial Officer role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company across multiple states, including the supervision of financial clerks responsible for key accounting functions.
  
• Ensure preparation and presentation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
  
• Develop and maintain financial controls, compliance procedures, and risk management strategies, adhering to relevant financial regulations in all operational jurisdictions.
  
• Work with executive leadership to devise strategic financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction strategies.
  
• Provide oversight and management of project financing efforts and related staff, including involvement with federal and state-level renewable energy incentives.
  
• Collaborate with external consultants and financial institutions to secure necessary financing for business operations.
  
• Manage HR functions until a dedicated HR role is established, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  RequirementsRequired Skills:
  
  • CPA designation required, with a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience.
    
  • Experience in the construction industry, preferably within the renewable energy sector, is highly desirable.
    
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
    
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills.
    
  • Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
