Overview

The IT Director works under the direction of Technology leadership and provides leadership and support to the prodution support team. The IT Director is responsible for developing and maintaining project roadmaps, supporting direct operations and support, and ensureing day-to-day operations of technology infastructure. -

Essential Duties


  • Lead Production Support team to overall direction, selection, training and development, coaching, and performance management
  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of project roadmaps.
  • Facilitate prioritization conversations with IT leadership.
  • Effectively communicate options, tradeoffs, and design considerations for decision making.
  • Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
  • Attain working knowledge of business applications including modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications
  • Coordinate with IT groups to ensure effective application services to ensure reliability of all applications
  • Direct operations and support for business applications including Microsoft 365, Salesforce and Salesforce Financial Cloud System and associated applications
  • Lead incident response and escalations to IT groups when necessary
  • Recommend process changes that lead to better overall support
  • Standardize and Configure Application Monitoring across platforms while automating current manual monitoring as needed
  • Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes
  • Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all systems
  • Manage ticket queue and resolve in timely manner
  • Coordinate with various teams, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes
  • Make recommendations and fixes to root cause issues
  • Issue advisories for any outages/incidents which affect the user community

    Education & Experience

    • Eight or more years of related experience, education and/or training
    • Five or more years of direct management experience in a DevSecOps Organization
    • Must have knowledge of .Net applications, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SDLC, Web Services and SQL Server DB technologies

      Certificates & Licenses
      Compensation: $93,000 - $118,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
