The OPM will work with the organization to develop, plan, implement, and measure large capital projects. The successful candidate will additionally be required to adhere to all functional procedures, compliance to budgets, as well as meeting schedules.Primary Responsibilities:Support capital project proposals by estimating tasks, costs, and durations.Develop project scope documents and communicate to stakeholders.Effectively lead cross functional teams without direct authority.Work across the organization to develop project plans.Create project schedules with tasks, resources and durations.Monitor progress and track project performance using metrics.Resolve project constraints to maintain either scope, cost, or schedule.Evaluate project results and improve project management processes.Determine, implement and lead process improvement opportunities, business unit initiatives and corrective actions.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience ORIn absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is requiredMust be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holderCollins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
