Position Summary: Planned Parenthood of Southern New England has an opening for a full time (37.5) Regional Director - Bridgeport, Danbury, GB, Waterbury and Stamford

Essential Functions:
- Grows leaders, increases people's capacity via coaching, stretch goals, new opportunities, mentoring, modeling teaching and accessing resources
- Inspires excellence in delivering high quality services that support the whole person
- Leads changes in a dynamic ever changing environment through coaching, modeling, mentoring and feedback
- Creates a culture of celebration, accountability, empowerment, partnership and inclusion
- Provides strategic leadership and planning for long term sustainability
- Builds and sustains trust-based, productive partnerships with Health Center Managers and colleagues throughout PPSNE
- Creates a great workplace that attracts, fully engages and retains great talent
- Ensures PPSNE is represented appropriately in communities and works with the center manager to identify community partners and initiatives
- Ensures an environment that appreciates and embraces a variety of experiences and perspective which arise from differences in race, culture, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, ability and gender identity

Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor degree or advanced study in a related field and a minimum of 3 years direct supervisory and management experience in a health care setting
- Must have a strong understanding and personal commitment to reproductive rights and the goals and responsibilities of PPSNE
- Able to manage a thriving team in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational, communication and sound decision making skills
- Skillful meeting planner and facilitator
- Ability to lead teams and work effectively as part of an interdependent team
- Welcomes and champions change as necessary and good for the business
- Strong project planning and project management skills at multiple locations with the ability to work independently
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish or bi-cultural candidate preferred

Salary Range: Min: $70,721 Mid: $88,401 Max $110,501 and is based on full years of experience.
