Job Description:

Our client an American retailer that is home to four brand names is hiring a Technical Manager to join their team that is developing for their enterprise purchase order system. This is a hybrid role out of Pleasanton, CA. This team is running development in an Agile environment, they are supporting full stack development primarily in Java and will be doing a lot of backend integration work with Bamboo Rose, a global supply chain product. As the Manager of this team, you would be responsible for overseeing the development work and its successful launch Contract Duration: 12-month contract, with the opportunity to convert Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree Agile SDLC experience Experience developing large scale applications Experience with version control and defect management systems Understanding of fashion/apparel/retail business processes Familiar with object-oriented analysis and design What You Will Be Doing: Accountable for the technical quality of the solution Oversees development and support efforts Manages technical staff Responsible for collaborating on the prioritization of technical requirements Collaborates with peer teams and vendors on the solution and delivery Has overall accountability for project delivery May be responsible for leading the operational readiness testing and design May be responsible for leading the cutover planning and execution.
