Job Description Job Description Associate Civil Engineer Title: Associate Civil Engineer Location: Pleasanton, CA (94588) OR Roseville, CA (95678) Pay Range: $105,000 - $136,000 In this full-time, on-site opportunity you'll contribute to a variety of land development and public infrastructure projects, working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams. From grading and utility design to hydrology modeling and agency coordination, this role offers a dynamic mix of technical design and project leadership. What You Will Be Doing Support design efforts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects Contribute to public infrastructure design including sewer, water, and storm drainage systems Perform grading, earthwork, and utility layout using AutoCAD Civil 3D Conduct hydrology and hydraulic modeling for stormwater and flood control systems Coordinate with public agencies, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff and assist with project management tasks What You Need For This Job Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited university Minimum of 4 years of experience in land development and/or public infrastructure design in California Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with hydrology/hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., WaterCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XP-Storm) Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience assisting with project management, client communication, and proposal development is preferred California PE license is preferred but not required What's In It For You Full Benefit's Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Profit Sharing, 401K, Tuition Assistance, Student Loan Paydown Program & More) If interested, Please send an updated resume with desired salary pay to CHRIS.BARBER@CYBERCODERS.COM Benefits - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
