Help us redefine the very foundation of robotics and build robots that are smart, safe, and flexible: fully autonomous and truly collaborative.As a Solutions Engineer at , you will join a small fast-paced team working to sell, deploy, support, and expand the next generation of warehouse robotic systems. This high-visibility role will provide an opportunity to work with key business units such as commercial, software, execution, and product development. You will possess a set of skills that are focused on customer engagement, data analysis, and CAD to support the development and creation of simple, effective, and innovative solutions.This role will report to the Head of Solutions while collaborating heavily with various Account Executives.Main responsibilities:

• Gather customer requirements and develop solutions that solve real problems and bring tangible results.
• Communicate and leverage the advantages of in both sales and engineering efforts.Minimum Requirements:
  • Proficiency in CAD.
  • Experience with data analysis platforms such as Python, Excel, PowerBI, etc.
  • Interest in warehousing, distribution, supply chain, and automation.Nice to have some of the following:
    • Fluent in Python and familiar with various data visualization packages.
    • 2+ years of experience in warehouse design leveraging AMR/AGV's or like technologies.
    • Understanding of warehouse optimization techniques (batch picking, order clustering, SKU slotting).
    • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is a huge plus.What you'll bring to the table:
      • Undergraduate or graduate students in Computer Science, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields.
      • Individuals passionate about robotics, automation, and warehouse logistics.
      • Problem-solvers who enjoy working on complex, real-world challenges: happy to take an open-ended problem and build something that both helps us understand our business and showcase it to customers and investors.
      • Ability to travel 20-30%.What we offer:
