Job Description:

Description: --- Create and maintain project submittal logs --- Responsible for project contract submittals that are accurate and timely --- Populate and maintain fixture and equipment tracking logs --- Maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers --- Schedule and complete project start-ups and all the paperwork that they entail --- Obtain and file monthly project schedules according to MEI file structure requirements --- Ensure the weekly development of 3-week look ahead schedules by project foremen --- Establish and maintain job files while obtaining and channeling information --- Estimating change orders and processing T&M invoicing while maintaining project change order logs --- Support and manage project RFI's including assembly of documentation and proper document control of all RFI documents --- Create and issue purchase orders and subcontracts while maintaining billings as requested --- Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to area of responsibility --- Prepares price change orders and project reports and documentation 95% Office Work Skills: Project management, Submittal, Construction management, electrical, Project coordination, Rfi, Change order, Submittals, project scheduling, invoicing, billing request Top Skills Details: Project management, Submittal, Construction management, electrical, Project coordination, Rfi, Change order Additional Skills & Qualifications: --- College degree or electrical construction experience --- 1-2 years in construction related roles --- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and their components --- Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent Experience Level: Intermediate Level
