Position Overview: Night Shift Sign-On Bonus: New Graduate Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Med/Surg Registered Nurse 36 Hours Per Week, Night Shifts Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson Festus, MO 63028 The Medical A floor at our facility is a dynamic 30-bed unit dedicated to caring for patients of all ages. Many individuals in our care are managing chronic illnesses and require comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plans. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will educate patients on various topics, from surgical expectations to post-discharge medication regimens. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure, ensuring compliance with all state board of nursing regulations.
