Telecommunications Customer Support Associate main
responsibilities: Respond to customer questions and requests in a
professional, friendly, and timely manner. Provide thorough
information and support for all AT&T offerings. Execute
necessary changes to accounts, services, and billing while ensuring
accuracy and compliance. Address and find solutions to customer
problems with understanding and clear communication. Keep detailed
and precise logs of interactions and ensure all work adheres to
AT&T's established guidelines. Collaborate with other Customer
Support Associates and management to discuss methods to enhance
sales and customer satisfaction.
