You'll be the catalyst that transforms customer interactions by taking on complex inquiries, offering product insights with care, and crushing every concern. Customer Associate responsibilities are as follows: Interact directly with customers to understand their individual requirements and offer tailored solutions Quickly answer questions, consult on products with compassion, and resolve issues with a smile to provide exceptional customer service Participate in team meetings to address and resolve any issues that have arisen. Conduct market research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest Verizon products, services, and promotions. Attend training and mentoring sessions aimed at improving customer support skills Customer Associate Candidates' must-haves are: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively Basic computer skills are necessary Flexibility to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and holidays
