Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Administrator responsible for
providing administrative, sales, and marketing support for our
dynamic, thriving, and growing real estate team in Vacaville, CA.
They will work closely with the broker/team leader, sales team, and
administrative staff to ensure the efficient operation of the
organization. The successful candidate will possess excellent
organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and the
ability to work independently and in a group environment. This
person is inspired to grow personally and professionally and enjoys
putting the work in to get results. Applicants should be extremely
thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some

Responsibilities:
Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if
necessary
--- Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, texts, and
emails.
--- Assist team leader with transactional support.
--- Maintain vendor and client communications,
--- Assist team leader with lead flow management.
--- General clerical including scanning, copying, mailing, bank
deposits, and errands.
--- Train and educate the sales team and staff on a multitude of
technology programs offered by the Company to increase team
performance and success.
--- Create email marketing campaigns, brochures, social media.
--- Manage cleanliness of office daily and maintain inventory of
office supplies.
--- Track data and generate reports to increase efficiencies.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly
manner
Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written
communication
High school diploma or GED required, some college experience
preferred
--- Real estate experience and a valid real estate license are a
plus.
--- Exceptional phone skills to answer, screen, and transfer
inbound phone calls.
--- Strong communication skills.
--- Computer competency: Mac or ability to learn new systems.
--- Self-motivator can work independently or with a team.
--- Problem solver.
--- Exceptional organization skills, detail-oriented.
--- Some marketing experience a plus.
