Job Description:

Location: Remote Shift Hours: 8 hour shifts starting at 7:30PST Contract Only - worker will be covering a full time employee on leave Qualifications: Qualifications: SAP Experience Bachelor Degree in Accounting Preferred Duties: Support timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close including accurate preparation of journal entries Prepares complex expense accruals and chargebacks for assigned accounts Reconciles and analyzes assigned accounts. Reviews the work of others for accuracy and completeness Assists in the preparation of internal and external financial statements. Performs variance analysis and related research Supports the annual external audit as well as periodic internal audits, including the preparation of PBC schedules. Reviews the work papers of others Identifies and implements process improvements Proactively identifies and resolves problems, including information systems and reports enhancements Assists in developing, documenting and ensuring adherence to published policies and procedures Interprets and applies US GAAP and accounting control measures in the course of job performance Maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers Performs other duties as requested by the Assistant Controller or Controller
