This would be LPA Rep I or II based on knowledge and experience. The position is within a processing team working directly with worksite companies, life agents, field representatives and other life departments. Be ready to:

• Reconcile and process list bill cases.
• Process direct bill unmatched items.
• Process rejects from the bank lockbox.
• Handle case management of list bills including late calls, problem resolution. - Be equipped with:
  • An excellent understanding of all operating systems, including but not limited to Life Pro, CLIC Workflow and Lexis Nexis.
  • The ability to clearly communicate using both oral and written communications with associates and customers -in all areas.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Encouraged to pursue continuing education - including pursuit of accredited insurance class/exam (such as LOMA), MAPS Certification, or equivalent.
  • The ability to work independently under time constraints while recognizing when to ask for assistance.
  • -The ability to meet deadlines as required while using e xcellent math, research, and problem- solving skills.
  • Strong keyboarding skills, speed and accuracy required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
  • -A goal-oriented focus.
  • Previous accounting experience strongly recommended. You've earned:
